If for some unfortunate reason you need to return/ exchange your item, please return within 10 working days of receipt of delivery. Please return your items in a saleable, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition, with all tags and in its original packaging.

Reason for returning and if you would like a refund or replacement. Items must be returned to us using tracked post, or dropped off at the above location (please call us in advance on 042 919 0000 to confirm drop off) If any items get lost in transit without tracked delivery we cannot replace/ refund.
Unless the item has been received faulty, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on the following items: All personalised or made to order products. This includes all club shop, teamwear and customised orders.
Where the above conditions have been met we will refund your card within 3 working days after receiving your returned item.
