Delivery and Shipping:
If your item is in stock it will be dispatched within 1-5 working days
You will receive an email from us within 24 working hours from receipt of your order to confirm order details.
For products that are in stock and you have added customisation please add 1-10 working days.
For custom made garments please add 5 weeks. We will update you as your order progresses with an update on delivery time.
Please understand we cannot exchange or refund any personalised or custom made products.
Delivery Costs & Times:
All orders to Northern and Republic of Ireland will be delivered within 2 working days after order is dispatched. Delivery cost is €6.95
All orders to England, Scotland and Wales will be delivered within 3 working days after order is dispatched. Delivery cost is €9.95
All orders to Europe and the Rest of the World: Delivery costs vary depending on weight of package. We will confirm via email. Europe 3-5 working days after order is dispatched. The Rest of the World 10-15 working day after order is dispatched.

Returns
At DEFY we have put every effort into delivering high quality products. If for some unfortunate reason you need to return/ exchange your item, please return within 10 working days of receipt of delivery.
Please return your items in a saleable, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition, with all tags and in its original packaging.

Contact number Order reference number (6053 etc) Reason for returning and if you would like a refund or replacement.
Items must be returned to us using tracked post, or dropped off at the above location (please call us in advance on 041 213 6332 to confirm drop off) If any items get lost in transit without tracked delivery we cannot replace/ refund.
